Primary and Secondary School admissions forms

Important notice

Supplementary forms for Secondary School Admissions  to St Christopher’s School  on faith grounds should be brought to All Saints’ Church on Saturday 12th November between 9:30-10:15am

Supplementary forms  for All Saints or Altham St James Primary Schools should be returned to the relevant school; the school will then contact Revd. Toby directly. If you are applying to both primary schools on faith grounds you need to complete a separate form for each.
