All Saints’ PCC would like to appoint a secretary.
This will be a voluntary position. The main responsibilities is taking the minutes at meetings, distribution them and helping in the preparation for the Annual General Meeting. There are generally about 5 meetings a year.

Friday fun, faith and friends – there will be some organised activities / games, plenty of time to ‘chill’ with friends a bit of ‘God talk’ and a good old fashioned tuck shop.
We are having more soil delivered on Saturday 22nd July which is for the areas that didn’t have any last time. We had tremendous support shifting soil earlier in the year and the job was completed in next to no time. If you can help shift soil please do come along. An extra wheel barrow or shade will also be useful.

Altham are looking for a new independent examiner as their previous examiner has retired after many years service.
Are you able to give the time to carry out this important role and have the necessary experience? It takes place over about two day once a year. You don’t have to be a chartered accountant, just someone who knows their way around a set of books and accounts.
