Lent booklets
These are available at the back of church – please take one and use it as a focus of your prayer through lent.
This year they focus on the readings of Exodus and is titled ‘ The journey to freedom’
Foundation Training
Wednesday 14th February at 1:00pm in church
This training is open to every body, but it is particularly for this who need to complete this Foundation level for their church role.
The course is an online course, however it is completed together, with everyone working as a group.
Once the course is completed satisfactorily, the Diocese will issue certificate for all who attended.
All Saints’ Church each has a parochial church council responsible for looking after the finances and fabric of the church and working with the vicar to oversee and lead its work and mission.
We would welcome anyone who would like to attend a PCC to see what is going on.
All Saints’ next PCC meeting is on the 6th February at 7:30pm in church.
(There is a short service at 7:00pm first for those who are able to attend)
Likewise if you have any issues or points you wish to have raised at a PCC meeting, please message Toby before hand so they can be added to the agenda, and we will try and address them at the next meeting.

There will be a Holy Communion Service
On Friday 2nd February at 9:30am in the small chapel at Al Saints’ to celebrate the presentation of Christ.
All welcome to come along.
Next Community / warm space lunch is Friday

Come and enjoy a warm welcome in a warm space, plenty of brews, and food
between 11:30 – 1:00pm.
No charge, but if you are able to give a small donation towards costs that would be greatly appreciated.
We are renewing our contacts list.

It is useful to have an emergency contact, which we have needed on a few occasions. Also it will be particularly useful as we are intending to start sending monthly Newsletters by email.

Prayer times
In preparation for our Faithfest weekend on 8th – 9th June, we have planned some short prayer sessions to help guide us in this mission.
Please try and come to the short times of prayer even if you can only make one or two of them (maximum 30minutes) on the following Wednesdays at 7:00pm in church.

Purple Praise dates for this Spring term
In All Saints’ Church at 2:00pm
It will be a short, simple, relaxed service followed by tea and cakes. All are welcome, especially older people and those living with dementia.
