Spirit of Christmas
All Saints’ are hosting a special service of readings, hymns and anthems to help us reflect on this season of Advent.

A date for the diary!
Seniors are invited to Al Saints’ School for afternoon tea on Monday 16th December. The school have been hosting this event for the last couple of years and they have been thoroughly enjoyed by both pupils and seniors alike!
The singers will be performing in church on Tuesday at 7:30pm for the Mothers’ Union, but everyone is welcome to come along and listen to them.
The group have been going for 7 years and have just performed on Thursday at the opening of the History Exhibition in Clayton Community Centre.
Do come along to listen to them.
Posada is the tradition of Mary and Joseph main their way around homes in the parish during Advent. They set off fro Tots’ Praise on 4th December and arrive in church at the Crib Service on Christmas Eve.

Baptise, confirm and celebrate Holy Communion today during a lovely Benefice Service.

The usual booklet with bible readings and reflections for each day has been produced and copies are now available at the back of church.

Next Community lunch is Friday
29th November
11:30am – 1:00pm.
Through the warmer months of the year lunches will be held once a month on the fourth Friday in each month and will feature cold food but still a warm welcome!
No charge, but if you are able to give a small donation towards costs that would be greatly appreciated.
The final community lunch of the year will be on the 20th December and will include carols
At 1:00pm following on from the community lunch on every fourth Friday in the month, we will have a short informal café style service and a brew.
Together with Champs we are holding a special
Pre – Christmas Memorial Service
On Monday 9th December at 7:00pm.
In All Saints’ Church.
We will be joined by Haslingden Concert Band.
