An incredible artwork to experience!

You can visit between 5th November – 2nd December daytimes free & without booking, or see it lit up at night ( you will need to book). All details are on the cathedral website.

There are lots of special events taking place. On the evening of 12th November ‘ Lost in Wonder’ will reflect the search for meaning with music and talks – the keynote talk by Revd Prof. David Wilkinson, astrophysicist and theologian, you may have heard of him on ‘Thought for the day’. In aid of Tearfund, the Christian relief and development charity; so it is a perfect follow on to our harvest festival.

Cost £5 per person – includes supper.

£3 will go to the cost of the food and £2 to Tearfund. Plus there will be a raffle.

Maximum team size is four, unless you have very small children.

Mothers’ Union invite you to a fashion show on

Wednesday 13th November at Mill House.
7:00pm for 7:30pm start

It will be hosted by Dawn Rose Contempory jewellery and Accessories.

Tickets are £5 which includes one drink.

Next Community lunch is Friday

1st November

 11:30am – 1:00pm.

Through the warmer months of the year lunches will be held once a month on the fourth Friday in each month and will feature cold food but still a warm welcome!

No charge, but if you are able to give a small donation towards costs that would be greatly appreciated.

Purple Praise

At 1:00pm following on from the community lunch on every  fourth Friday in the month, we will have a short informal café style service and a brew.

 All Saints’ Church at 6:00pm

A short service especially geared to young families, but everyone is welcome.

 Saturday 9th November 9:00 – 11:00am

 

Please try and spare even just half an hour to help clean our church, we desperately need more helpers.

With your help, the church we will be cleaned in no time. The more the merrier!
