Friday fun, faith and friends – there will be some organised activities / games, plenty of time to ‘chill’ with friends a bit of ‘God talk’ and a good old fashioned tuck shop.

Woodlands Care Home
The consultation runs until 5:00pm on 12th December. If you haven’t already done so you might consider signing the petition or even completing the consultation document which can be found here.
Posada
One way of keeping Advents special for children is to have a miniature figures of Mary & Joseph stay at your house on the way to Bethlehem. After going to many families houses they will arrive in church at the Crib Service on Christmas Eve.
Please sign up on the sheet at the back of church if you would like them to visit you!
Advent reflections and readings booked
Booklets are now available at the back of church or you can follow them on the ‘Fruitful App’, which can be downloaded from your usual App store.
Youth Club
Youth Club meets Friday evenings between 6:45 – 8-15pm in school in term time only.
It is for children in school years 6-8 and is much enjoy it by those who come along.
We do, however, need to look to recruit a couple more helpers. The team work on a rota basis so don’t worry you won’t have to work every week. Please think about whether you are able to help and speak to Rev. Toby or one of the existing leaders to find out more.

Community lunch and Purple Praise dates

Through the warmer months of the year lunches will be held once a month usually on the fourth Friday in each month and will feature cold food but still a warm welcome!
No charge, but if you are able to give a small donation towards costs that would be greatly appreciated.
Purple Praise
At 1:00pm following on from the community lunch on every fourth Friday in the month, we will have a short informal café style service and a brew.
